Rustic wooden tea light holders
Today’s little ‘make’ was a set of tea light holders which were made from Alder that we have grown ourselves from seed. The trees are coppiced regularly to provide wood for crafts or wood chunks. Gathering Greens
An early start to collect eggs and gather some home grown goodies for our trip to Wales later this afternoon. Cucumbers, sweetcorn and some green leaves all safely gathered in.

Pumpkin Sign
The recently hand painted sign got a coat of Annie Sloan clear wax today. It soaked in quickly so another few coats will be needed. The wood looks good but I am not sure about the black lettering.
